Quake Medallion With Black Diamonds

This 14k medallion is hand set with 2.5 ct. black diamonds including 5 inverted black diamonds for added texture and effect.  The back of the medallion is engraved with the Latin "dum spiro, spero" which translates to "While I breathe, I hope."  The medallion has a diameter of 3/4" and a thickness of 3 mm.
