The unlined Penny Loafer is tailored in Italian vegetable tanned sheep leather. A naked skin, with a light waxed finish, it melts onto the foot. A feel like no other leather I have ever worn, soft and stretchy. This leather is supple and buttery, in a beautiful, warm, soft gray. This is a natural leather and will lightly mark and patina with wear. It will show it's wear and change with use. This is it's beauty. Spray treated for light stain and water protection.
The penny loafer is inspired by the handsome lines of a 70’s Italian mens loafer with the understated casual soul of a slipper. This shoe is unlined for ultimate, soft flexibility. A leather sole is injected with anti slip rubber. Lasted construction for a soft glove like fit. Handmade in Tuscany, in an old world family factory.
