Return Policy - For Online Purchases
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 days of your order being delivered. We accept returns of all unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Shoes, handbags and small leather goods must be returned in their original box or dust bag (if applicable). All markdowns, jewelry, swimwear, intimates and apothecary items are final sale. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
How To Initiate A Return
To begin your return, please log in to your account on tucciboutique.com and submit a return request online. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label — return shipping is free. If you experience any issues with your online return, please email orders@tucciboutique.com for assistance.
You may also return your online order in-person at one of our boutiques. See below find the boutique nearest you. In-person returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days from receipt of package. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost/stolen return packages.
Shoes
When trying on shoes, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Please return all items including the dust bag and shoebox. The shoebox forms part of the product and should remain intact by placing in outer packaging when sending back to us otherwise, it will not be accepted. The soles of footwear are checked before every shipment is packed, shoes with wear on the bottom may not be accepted.
Late Returns
To receive a refund, returns must be postmarked within 10 days of you receiving it. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of tucci and may only be refunded as a store credit or reduced refund. You may also choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Exchanges
We do not offer online exchanges at this time. Please contact to obtain a return shipping label for the item(s) you wish to return, and place a new order for the style/size you'd prefer.

We offer exchange or store credit within 7 days of your original purchase. All markdowns, jewelry, swimwear, intimates and apothecary items are final sale. No refunds are offered for in-store purchases.
Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible return policy to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We monitor the number of returns made by customers. Frequent or repeated returns will be flagged and we reserve the right to close your account or refuse future orders.
