Return Policy
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 DAYS of receipt. TUCCIBOUTIQUE.COM accepts returns of all unworn/unwashed merchandise with original tags attached. Shoes, handbags and small leather goods must be returned in their original box or dust bag (if applicable). All SALE, JEWELRY and FRAGRANCE items are a FINAL SALE.
To begin your return, please log in to your account on tucciboutique.com and submit a return request online. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label — return shipping is free. If you experience any issues with your online return, please email orders@tucciboutique.com for assistance.
Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days from receipt of package.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
TUCCIBOUTIQUE.COM is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages.
We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier with a signature required.
